In Remembrance of
Amanda Melissa Williams
Amanda Childcare & Preschool is lovingly named in honor of Amanda Melissa Williams, cherished daughter of our founders, Tricia and Gladstone Williams. Amanda was part of Williams Family Daycare from the very beginning and later served as a devoted Lead Teacher, where she shared her warmth, creativity, and genuine love for every child in her care.
Though Amanda is deeply missed, her spirit continues to live on in the heart of our center. We carry forward her kindness, dedication, and passion for nurturing young minds in everything we do. It is our honor to continue her legacy by providing the same loving, supportive environment she helped create for so many children and families.

ABOUT AMANDA
Amanda graduated from high school in 2021 and soon began pursuing her passion for engineering, starting college in May of that same year. Alongside her studies, she continued working at the daycare, where she had already become a beloved presence in the lives of many children and families. In her free time, Amanda enjoyed reading, rollerblading, skating, and riding her skateboard. She loved tea, dancing, and expressing her vibrant, passionate spirit.
Amanda truly believed that everyone should feel free to be who they are, and she inspired others through her confidence, kindness, and authenticity.
Amanda had a special gift for connecting with children through play, laughter, and learning. She brought joy to the classroom each day, often beginning mornings with her favorite circle-time song, “The Ants Go Marching,” which quickly became a cherished tradition among the children she taught.
